Items raffled or sold are donated by you, or other third-parties.

You specify a fixed dollar amount or percentage of profits from the event or activity that will be donated to the BHE.

You do not operate a for-profit business that will directly or indirectly be promoted by or benefit from the fundraising activity or event.
Examples of qualifying events/activities:

Group of fanciers raffles basenji-type items with at least 75% of proceeds pledged to the BHE.

Fancier makes and sells items with at least 50% of net profits pledged to the BHE.

Fancier creates and sells artwork with $10 from each item sold pledged to the BHE.
Examples of non-qualifying events/activities:

Owner of hardware store pledges 25% of profits from mid-week sales of screwdrivers to the BHE.

Owner of website design business pledges 10% of new orders for the month of July to the BHE.
